Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Any activity conducted through your account whilst your credentials are active is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
Password Security: We strongly recommend using a unique password for your 788min account that is not used on any other website or service. 788min staff will never ask for your password. If you receive a communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
788min is required to verify the identity and age of all account holders as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any stage, including at registration, at first withdrawal, following a pattern of unusual activity, or at any time at the Platform's discretion.

788min actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, we reserve the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings and permanently close the account.
Where no-deposit bonuses or free bets are offered, they are subject to maximum cashout limits and wagering requirements specific to that promotion. Winnings from free bets or no-deposit offers above any stated cap will be voided. All figures in promotional materials are illustrative unless confirmed live by the operator.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event or casino game in question. 788min reserves the right to void bets placed on events where pricing errors, data feed failures or manifest errors in odds are identified.

Where a technical malfunction or software error disrupts the integrity of a game, 788min reserves the right to declare the round void and return stakes without any obligation to pay out on incomplete game rounds.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL T20 games, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are subject to event-specific rules available in the platform's sports betting help section. Live in-play markets are settled based on official match results from recognised governing bodies.
All casino games use certified RNG technology or qualified live dealers. Minimum and maximum bet limits per table or game are displayed before participation. Once a bet is confirmed in a casino game, it cannot be altered or retracted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788min, its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for:

788min reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure via our support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 788min holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Pakistani users acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related regulations. 788min does not represent that these Terms or the Platform are compliant with Pakistani domestic law.
